Brigade Enterprises is taking Expressions of Interest for Brigade Barcelona at Neopolis before the allocation event. This page sets out the EOI form of 26 August 2026 as written: the typologies and starting prices, the two EOI tiers, the refund terms and what is due at allotment. Refund and withdrawal
- Withdraw before confirmed allotment and signing of the booking application form, and the token is refunded in full, without interest, within 60 working days.
- The developer may return the EOI at its sole discretion without giving a reason, and may withdraw or reschedule the launch, refunding the amount.
- Cancel after allotment but before filling the application form: initial deposit returned without interest.
What is due at allotment
- 10% of the agreement value plus GST, immediately or by post-dated cheque dated within 5 days of allotment. Failing that, the developer may cancel the EOI and refund the token without interest.
- Stamp duty, registration, legal charges and other statutory levies at actuals, on top of the agreement value.
- Floor rise, PLC and SDR are outside the starting all-inclusive price.
What the EOI is not
The form is explicit: an EOI is not a booking, creates no right to a unit, and acceptance or rejection is at the developer's discretion. Price ranges are approximate and subject to change. Only commitments from an authorised Brigade team are binding — nothing a third party or representative says about allotment counts. That includes us: we can lodge the form and keep you informed, not promise a unit.

What is the Brigade Barcelona EOI?
An Expression of Interest invited by Brigade Enterprises Ltd for Brigade Barcelona at Neopolis (RERA P02400011156) — a ₹5 lakh token that registers your interest in a typology ahead of the allocation event. It is not a booking and confers no right to a unit; allocation is at the developer's discretion, first-come-first-served, and open only to EOI holders.
What is the difference between Platinum EOI and Gold EOI?
Both are ₹5,00,000. Platinum is a refundable deposit paid up front and gives priority access to the allocation event. Gold is a ₹5,00,000 cheque banked only on the day of allocation, with allocation after Platinum holders.
Is the Brigade Barcelona EOI amount refundable?
Yes. If you withdraw before confirmed allotment and signing of the booking application form, the amount is refunded in full without interest within 60 working days. The developer may also return the EOI at its discretion, or withdraw or reschedule the launch, and refund the amount.
What happens after allotment?
Once a unit is assigned, 10% of the agreement value plus GST is payable — immediately or by post-dated cheque dated within 5 days of allotment. Missing that lets the developer cancel the EOI and refund the token without interest. Stamp duty, registration, legal charges and statutory levies are paid at actuals on top of the agreement value.
Is the Brigade Neopolis EOI the same as the Brigade Barcelona EOI?
Yes. Interest registered under the earlier working names — Brigade Neopolis, Brigade Neopolis Phase 2, Brigade Gateway Phase 2 — was for this plot. The current form is titled Brigade Barcelona and carries the RERA number.
What if I do not get the unit I want at allocation?
Allocation is at the developer's discretion and first-come-first-served. If you are not allotted, or are offered a unit you do not want, you can withdraw before signing the booking application form and the ₹5 lakh token is refunded in full without interest within 60 working days.
What documents are needed to submit the Brigade Barcelona EOI?
The form asks for each applicant's name, PAN, Aadhaar, email, mobile, address with state and pin code, company and designation, professional status (service or business), industry, and purpose of purchase, plus the ₹5 lakh payment by Easebuzz, bank draft, pay order, at-par cheque or online transfer to the developer's collection account. Up to two applicants per form.
Can NRIs submit an EOI and buy at Brigade Barcelona?
Yes. NRIs can buy residential property in India under FEMA, paying from NRE or NRO accounts or through inward remittance, and Brigade runs sales offices in Dubai and Singapore. Home loans are available from Indian lenders with an Indian co-applicant in most cases; a power of attorney can handle registration if you are abroad. Confirm the payment route with your bank before remitting the token.
How many apartments are on offer through the EOI?
The form says a limited number, one apartment per form. The developer does not publish the count.
Can I submit the EOI through a channel partner?
Yes — the form has a channel partner section (name, registration number, salesperson) and the source named on the form is treated as the final source of booking. Submit through us and the form is filled and lodged for you; the price you pay is the developer's price.
